- Long service life due to use of a special steel alloy
- Excellent sonic yield due to optimized piezo transducers
- Space-saving design due to fitting on outside of containers
using welded/press-on connections - Can be supplied in different dimensions
based on a repeat of 30 mm - Standard frequencies are 25, 30, 40 and 80, 120 to 150 kHz
Other frequencies available on request - Multi-frequency transducers with 40, 80 and 120 kHz
Applications SONOPLATE® plate transducers do not take up any space inside the cleaning tank. They are fitted on the outside of containers using welded/press-on connections at a suitably large container opening. SONOPLATE® plate transducers are therefore ideal both for new installations and retrofiting tanks where space is at a premium. With numerous standard and customisable frequencies, the transducers allow an extremely broad spectrum of applications, such as water-based cleaning, degreasing, electroplating, electronics, PCB technology, optics, maintenance. For applications that are particularly sensitive to soiling, such as medical equipment, the transducers are optionally available with angled diaphragms. This prevents soiling.
Effect The sound generated is directed extremely accurately into the liquid by the diaphragm. The high-grade transducer elements developed by Weber Ultrasonics using piezo technology ensure maximum ultrasonic efficiency and thereby shorter treatment times.
Operational reliability Using the best possible materials in the SONOPLATE® plate transducers ensures maximum operational reliability and long service life.
